Honestly, I like the RS warning...it may or may not happen. This, to me, serves as a warning to all shorts not to play with fire before they get burned. It also acts as a blanket statement just in case we don't meet the price requirement...doing it while we're in the .30's as opposed to $1. When the price climbs back up people will forget about this RS statement. Don't fall victim to market maker manipulations.
