Not all Filed is what I see but not major either and less than 4.5M sold and 94M (Preferreds Conversion) will be added to the Outstanding
For the Numbers to work out or make that closer to 50M Sold-Off and that hasn’t even traded that many since start to .79
I can do the numbers if you like and took me 2 Days figuring and why is because it just didn’t workout

948,022 Preferreds @ 100:1 is 94,802,200 Commons
315,929,721 Outstanding (JMO) and if done what Merida wanted as the Deal is to Convert so we’re all the same
And that’s good in my Opinion - Merida has a 5.4% on that 315M Number with 17,000,000 Hold
Here’s why I think they’ll be added to Outstanding and look @ what was 2015 Commons Then Preferreds Added to the List 2016 and new 2016 Total Commons - about 94M came-off and you can bet they’ll be added back - (But about 5M short of 94M on the latest 11/12/2018 from 10/15/2018 Filings)

Don’t blame someone holding 96M shares wanting some pocket money with 5M light on totals
JMO — I bought .33’s Yesterday and know that Insiders are wanting more than .79 — JMO
Gonna wait till Report a Full Year Revs of Green House Full Capacity Which is June 2020 for them
And we should just keep adding Value but Green House Revs for Full Year - It’ll be their turn - JMO
Merida has a Gold Mine and no expiration on their Deal - 34,000,000 there and a cost of $7M
The 17,000,000 they have for $2M Invested Won’t see daylight either until then - JMO
And they have to sell to buy any of the 34M piggy bank - We’ll grow into Full Year Revs before any real selling from Insiders
18M Float Probably Same growth or around 25M is my guess
