Whoever sold today at most likely a loss has no fundamental understanding of the business or any business for that matter. We’re sitting at .25 a share with a similar market cap as February 2018 which is pre Marketo 8K. Have these folks forgot what has been accomplished since then? We’re still in our baby stages, notifi was launched less than 12 months ago. Since February we have integrated in Odoo, Marketo and soon Salesforce and Microsoft. Pre feb was Oracle. We also partnered with dr2marketing, ignite visibility, streamline and service quest. We also launched NotifiEDU with NotifiMED and notifilive on its way. SC acquisition is definitive. New BODs, new advisors, new executive team (CMO, CTA, VP finance, Manager of Sales) YET folks believe our value should be less because of this reverse split even though you have the same value when the stock gets split?
The underwriter will factor all of the above when underwriting the PO. They use logic and future earnings.
