They have been buying into this great company for years now. And to say the price is irrelevant is based on your opinion. Tell that to the shareholders who bought at double this price a few months ago. Tell them their share value dropping 50% is "irrelevant." I'm sure they would tell you to shove it. And we have no idea what MYFLIX will do. It's not even operating yet and keeps getting delayed. So, yea.
And being in discussions with parties to purchase shares does NOT mean they have agreed to purchase shares. Nothing is finalized until it happens and in the business world that is VERY true. You have to look at where the stock price is and what the company has achieved. Not what they hope to achieve in the future and that's b/c this company has failed numerous times on that front and there is ZERO trust in them.
