I was caught off guard by the RS proposal but in my opinion ultimately, it's about objective arithmetic versus negative connotation. Math versus emotions. The arithmetic is simple as many others have explained, and the RS will not affect your value from this perspective. The negative connotation of RS being carried out for future harmful company actions is what some have fears about, and I suspect it will be reflect in today's share price, at least initially. And those who have ulterior motives will capitalize on this panic.
I guess there are some OTC veterans who have been burned. And of course, there are some who have heard about others who have been burned. And some who have heart about others who have heard about others who have been burned. So on and so forth. I am new to the OTC world so I am not as jaded by the nefarious OTC actions I have heard about. As others have described, RS when used wisely will act as a catalyst for greater prosperity so I will take on that attitude.
Admittedly, I first saw revenue and RS and thought, "oh darn it". Emotions.
But after examining a little more, I became less emotional. Emotions and good investing are almost mutually exclusive. The devil's in the details. For those who delve into the details of the filings, I agree that there are numerous positives.
Not to mention, the share price is near lows. I think the Q3 revenues are already priced in to a large extent, no? So probably initial drop but stabilization soon hopefully. Anyway, I ain't going anywhere. Just my thoughts.
