I'm not sure everyone understands an RS. Yes, the number of shares you will own will be less, but not the total value. What also happens to the float after an RS? If it's tight now, just think how small it would be after an RS. I would prefer not having to do an RS, but there are advantages to doing one. Would shorts have to cover? Although there are intentions to do at least one RS, it doesn't mean they have to. In my opinion, Rory is leaving that option on the table. It would be bad for shorts if we did one soon. It's almost like the threat to use nukes against an aggressor. The option is on the table, but that doesn't obligate you to use a nuke. It is a means to an end, not an end to our means. It's late for me so I hope this made some sense. Some longs may be upset because it's not happening the way they pictured it. We should be glad that it is happening. I personally still see progress towards our (and Rory's) goal of increasing shareholder long term value.
