BSAFE token math estimates according to the whitep
Post# of 82672
$.25 pre-STO token price, by year three yields $.39 (156%) in profits at that point paid annually to the token holders.
This means that they project token holders will receive annually, as the company grows, by the end of the third year, more money than they invested. Whoa! Who wouldn't like that yield coming in every year after just a couple of years development?
But there are a number of very important additional details. This projection only includes revenue from CryptoDefender. What will the ExchangeDefender and BlockchainDefender sales revenues be? It also doesn't project into 2025 when they expect there to be potentially 200 million wallets up from the potential 24 million wallet customers at the current time.
All of these figures above are in the whitepaper!
If you start crunching the numbers and I have, things can get very big, very fast. But if you don't consider the token value itself, you have focused entirely on yield and completely missed the growth component.
Some things to consider
There is no stock that pays a 100% dividend because people bid up the value of the stock and the dividend ratio is lowered. The same will happen with the tokens and their yield. As revenues go up, later investors will be willing to pay more for the tokens.
If you think later investors would be willing to bid up the value of the tokens after the STO as revenue grows, then the question is how much would be a fair value? Perhaps they bid up the tokens so that the future token value yields 10%.
If you consider a 10% yield, then in year three, we are talking about a token price 15.6 times the pre-STO price or $3.90. To the pre-STO buyer that means in year three, a yield of 156% plus the 15 X growth on the token itself. That is a remarkable investment IMO.
But this doesn't even include;
1) the revenues from the other products, or
2) account for the increase in the size of the market from 24 million to 200 million wallets, or
3) reflect their potential ability to increase their market share over a longer time.
To say that these potential numbers are big is an enormous understatement in my opinion. Yes SFOR will get a giant chunk of this too.
Carry on.
