It reads to me that there will be an RS.
Ok, with that, why .... well, you will see tomorrow.
As Red said, a possi me sell off, that will be to freak people out and scare some of those who do5nt understand, set auto sale limits and a beginning for shorts naked shorts and in that MMs to cover
Remember, blow them out and if they try to go to the well again, there is a provision for more than 1 RS.
I believe the price will somehow magically adjust.....upward!
The no less than a 1:5 is to get a real strong share price upon uplist.
It's in the filings, they want a strong fat price when they uplist.
As the price rises, the RS drops but the Uplist price will only look more and more tempting to buy in early.
Then douse that share price with all the news....
I hope people understand how massive Rory is going to grow this company and how quick too.
