Key take away for me was when you look at the online card vendors like JibJab that do a great job, it's really one dimensional to me with no Call-To-Action. You read it and say, that's nice.
My BIL sends me cards and I am afraid to click on them because I think it's spam or worse yet, a virus and the reward isn't worth the risk of clicking a link.
Send me an engaging video and it's a totally different story. I want to see you, I want to here you. I can't in person, so video will do nicely.
