The problem is that a sale at $0.16 will fall substantially short of the debt obligation. If they are indeed the sellers of these shares then it leaves me to question what are the motives. Are they vindictive to the point where they are prepared to sell the shares at a low price just to stiff the company for the difference owed. Then perhaps buy back at the same price or possibly lower price. For all we know the buyer and the seller will be one and the same.
As I said this is pure speculation, but if you have followed this lawsuit from the beginning you will realize the extent of the shenanigans that these characters went through.
