This is the type of pumping that is not helpful. This company creates its own doubt. There’s nothing wrong with stating those facts. However- no one is saying that this won’t turn out to be a legit company with verifiable revenue and confirmed deals- many are just saying ONCI is not there right now. Once some follow through occurs here, it’s smooth sailing to multiple pennies. Right now, ONCI is stuck on .001’s for a reason.
