Quite frankly none of this stuff makes any sense. If Utopya reverse merged from ANDI, and changed the name via Wyoming SOS, why would ANDI now independently try to come out with a phone? Leaving Utopya out? Nothing adds up. Melanie said everything is still moving forward with Utopya.
