Let’s play out some scenarios here. I’ve been thinking about this for a few days.
First scenario (Likely at this point but who knows, please read remaining scenarios)...Utopya is a scam and there are no phones and our money is gone.
Second Scenario Utopya has phones. Hooray! They plan on selling those phones, even after massive delays and broken promises.
2a.Ol Bill sells Utopya and makes announcent in pre Thanksgiving letter. Utopya as a seperate private company goes off on their own to sell phones. Shareholders so angry from being so blatantly screwed contact the FBI, the SEC and blast Utooya on Twitter all day to the point where it effects their marketing. Nobody wants to support a company that treated past shareholders in that fashion. Utopya struggles selling phones due to bad PR and constant harassment.
2b. Utopya and Andiamo stay together, happily married. There was a lot of lies and misdirection but ol Scammy Bill White made some money off the first run and his wife holds 200 million shares that are restricted till March. He figures he can reinvest in ANDI (obviously no ticker change coming) and actually run a legit business that sells phones and he makes more money and no longer looks like a scammy douche. He explains in his pre Thanksgiving letter that despite the delays they have funding and that the goal all along was fourth quarter phones. Stock starts to go off once again and people forgive Utopya when they start making money again.
Now for the record I have been wrong on every one of my predictions so I’m gonna say scenario one.
But in all seriousness things are not looking good, but Melanie (for whoever still believes she is credible) said there are phones and Ilja said there are phones and Darryl has one (apparently). So there are some “credible” folks associated with Utopya surrounded by a bunch of hooligans. I said I’d hold till January when my one year was up. Not like selling now will do me any good. But Hey that’s just me!! GLTA
