"As scgmck1 pointed out there were only 570K outstanding shares added from 6/30/18 thru 9/30/18. Also note that since the inception of the MFO deal and thru today’s trading (30 days since MFO deal) there has been NO SELLING OR SHORTING of IPIX stock by the MFO per schedule D of the MFO agreement. These 2 sentences are facts and cannot be disputed."
