The new CEO is now taking the company into a new direction - entering the mj / CBD oil sector - which is becoming a booming industry in the USA.
On November 13, 2018 FINRA announced that it had approved:
- A ticker change to CBBD.
- A name change to CBD Denver Inc.
Both effective at midnight November 13/14, 2018.

The DTC Chill has been removed - this means that it will be possible to buy / sell through all brokers - not just the penny stock friendly ones like E*Trade. All the runs so far this year were lucrative enough when the DTC Chill was still in force - future runs will be even better now with more traders participating.
