Dealing with a Third World Country who knows. Maybe there was a restriction applied to Treaty. NWO seems to be able to release information without restrictions, unless they are edited. We would never know.
All we can be is optimistic at this time. It is funny that on the one year anniversary they have a meeting with the GOB.
We'll just have to patiently wait for news. Hopefully an official PR rather than wishes & hopes. And this hopefully will come " soon " ( oooooops ) retract that " s " word. It will come " In the near future "
