Financials due tomorrow I believe, maybe Rory was in NY showing the underwriter the financials of sound concepts and/or getting the S1/A approved. Would make sense to release with our Q numbers. Now he may be in SLC signing agreement to acquire Sound Concepts, because they haven’t signed yet. It could be they sign letter of intents (if they haven’t already, I believe they signed something like this but both parties could back out without any repercussion, now this time maybe it’s basically a done deal and waiting for offering and everything else) and acquisition will occur with offering and uplist. Jmo, feel free to weigh in.
