Yes, HHSE has kept a stable OS for the past 3.5 years. Too many OTC investors WASTE money on diluting stocks. HHSE is where they should all be putting their money. HHSE hasn't had its BIG RUN yet. Very soon. Three large investors are about to take a 10% stake in the company, after the filing of the form 10, at much higher prices. They will also support the pps going forward. The coming weeks will be very interesting.
