Coates' owns the patents outright, not the company

If the company goes down the tube, he can sell them to a group that wants to buy the patents or he may elect to license them. Of course there are other scenarios a bit more involved.
Either way, I am still happy and ready to do what I have options to do. What he knows is that if the company folds, he may never be able to reap the rewards he imagines for his patents. As they get closer to expiration with no further improvements by George Coates or the income to continue to support the patents, vulnerability increases.
With diligence, he and Gregory can still make it work. I feel he is really onto something and has completely dummied up. The recent PR about his H2 system is pap (an unappealing porridge). Probably a less than convincing deception to cover costs, materials, technologies and items ordered to finalize the improvements to the CSRV engines. Of special note are electronic controllers, sensors, firmware and software for prototype engine control units. All those items would be of similar nature to that needed if one was experimenting with H2 generators.
Time will tell and I am still in the investment.
