The big traders in this who chose to take a tax loss on their higher price shares pre-r/s - and still be in the green overall from previous banked profits - and then trade from the bottom up in the gap between the current price and where their next cheapest shares are - have mostly sat out and completed their 30-day "no buys or get a wash sale and lose tax bill reduction benefits" period now.
