Exactly. I don't know why that's so hard for everyone to see now. If they had something to say and save the stock, they probably would. If more shares need to be dumped, there are two options. It's not rocket science.
Pump a catalyst to create volume, which they certainly aren't doing. Looks like they half tried with the second phone and the last shareholder letter, etc. People obviously aren't buying their BS anymore. It didn't work. They gave those up quickly.
Second option is unfortunately a reverse split, which is quite common when the share price can't go down any further and there is no volume to support the need to dump more shares. They have to reverse split it up to bring it back down again. Sucks. Pray for option 1 and quickly.
