1st Catalyst event of course is getting the $5.5M bridge
loan to stop dilution and set the stage for CIELOMAR
growth and more AG biz growth in 2019. IMO JAN will
secure the $5.5M sometime in DEC at the latest.
2nd Catalyst event is getting CIELOMAR land status
changed from 'rustic' to 'development' and in conjunction
with that announcing the first construction dates !!
IMO JAN will accomplish that no later than Q1 2019.
I see PGUS right back to its .03 highs in 2019 with the
above accomplished even with the O/S shrs at about 1B
that would only be a mkt cap of $30M for CIELOMAR
valued over $100M once land status changes to 'development'
changes and construction of properties begins and you
have an AG biz that will double or triple in growth in 2019.
