When I invest in companies, and when I am doing my DD, I try to use logic by asking the question why?
There’s 2 questions I like to refer people to when they question the success of the company based on the drop of the PPS over the last 6 months. And when they think the company will not be successful because of the low revs from Q2.
Why would the following have joined nfusz over the last 3 months when our PPS has dropped since April and our revenues are only 8K.
- 2 BODs
- 5 board of advisors
- CTO
- Soon a CMO
- VP of finance/controller
- EA
- Manager of Sales
Why would Rory hire a CTO, CMO, EA, Manager of Sales, VP of finance with competitive salaries but have no revenues. Also keep in mind current employees cannot work for free forever especially when new hires are receiving salaries.
Think about that and try to use some common sense. It s an eye opener
