While preparing to act as a Germalto shareholder at the Conference, I ran across this PDF

Again as with DUO, I'm Wondering if Germalto has been forthcoming with Thales on the SFOR Lawsuit.
Seeing the latest Completion date being late 1st Quarter, and as we have determined Feb being the latest date we maybe put on the Court Schedule schedule, Germalto will be still be in existence and perhaps settlements will be completed before the Buyout by Thales.
I would suggest that some enterprising young Longs here begin to tastefully and respectfully post on some of the Thales Group Stock Boards allowing Thales Shareholder to know what their buying. I would say the same goes for Germalto Boards. too. Perhaps shareholders can question Thales Management, giving them a heads up.
Or Writing Thales Group Directly to see their Responce on the impending Lawsuit loss by Germalto given the Supreme Court Decesion has all but made the Outcome in favor of SFOR. Again any post or emails should be done with the same respect as we expect in in regards to Bashing.
