One month after the agreement was announced, SP is down 38% while monthly average in volume is up 100%. Common sense says the MFO had something to do with it. How they did it we don’t know. If they truly believe the stock will go up and plan to hold long-term, they would’ve converted most of the shares by now. If they have nothing to do with the SP, they are just too lucky to have the SP dropped by 38% while waiting at least one month to convert.
