MyFlix Picking Up 1/50th FilmStuck Former Viewers = $18,000,000 Annual Revenues

Quote:

Korean Drama - DramaFever ........ 20,000,000 Viewers
Classic Film - FilmStruck ............. 12,500,000 Viewers
Comdedy - Super Deluxe ?
Hulu .............................................. 20,000,000 Viewers
NetFlix ......................................... 100,000,000

Total 152,500,000 Viewers

Shutting down the niche streaming services to focus on more broad-based services could create some efficiencies in operating expenses, but AT&T may open the door for competitors like Disney, Netflix or smaller start-ups to win market share.

Riches in the niches.

MyFlix Launch in Early 2019 appears to be a Golden Opportunity. Due to Niche Streaming Portals shut down, there will be over 32,000,000 Viewers searching for an Alternative Streaming Service to View. If MyFlix picks up just 250,000 Subscribers (a small fraction, that is 1/50th of the smallest FilmStruck) that is $18,000,000 Annual Revenues.

ITEM 1 - MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF JAN. 29, 2014

1). APPROVAL OF VODWIZ SUBSCRIPTION STRUCTURE -

Subject to a profitability analysis, the monthly subscription fee of $5.99 was recommended, which would generate approximately $18-mm in annual revenues from a subscriber base of only 250,000 members. The Company has set a goal of 500,000 VODWIZ subscribers under a monthly, automatic billing membership.

MyFlix Monthly Subscription Fee = $5.99

250,000 Subscriber Base = $18,000,000 Yearly

500,000 Subscribers = HHSE Monthly Subscriber Goal
