Here's some questions on my mind...
1.) "I’m in NYC this week and Salt Lake City next week"
The whole week? Why would Rory be in NY the whole week and SLC another week. Could be he is just in both places for a day but sounded like the a good part of a week since he's going to try to squeeze an update in there. Whats to do in NY for a week or even SLC?
2.) If the market cap is $55M, what is the value after the acquisition? You'll have a ton of customers, revenue and I assume the other company is already profitable or else how would stay in business all these years. Think about the PE. What's a fair value?
3.) Volume is lower. Why is that? Is it because no one believes in the company or there are not a lot of shares floating around anymore. If you thought there wasn't a lot back in Q1 in the float, this time will be interesting. There are people that bought in higher including some of my shares so why would I hold all this time just to sell when those shares break even. There are people that bought in lower and why would they hold a year or two only to sell right when the stock takes off?
4.) Who is the financial partner? AGP?
"Now that we got a really rock solid, real financial partner..."

5.) What's all this talk about multiple accretive acquisitions? I think I said this at the beginning of the year. To really grow this company FAST, you have to do it through acquisitions and I love accretive ones. Last month Rory said, "We are looking at other acquisitions..." which he's talked about in the past.
6.) Why would Chuckie Reddy join the BOA? I am sure he has other things to do. Why does he have so many share? Oh, I get it...

6.) Why do 85% of facebook users watch videos with no sound? Yeah, that's right, no sound. How do you engage your audience if they are not even listening to you? I think you already know the answer to this one.
