He founded the Yazbeck Investment Group in 2007, which focused on asset backed investments until it started investing in the Cannabis Industry in 2013. MyDx is a publically traded company that has become a leader in cannabis health technology after creating one of the first handheld chemical analyzers for consumers. Daniel founded MyDx, seeded the initial capital, helped it raise over $7.6M in private equity, and as its CEO, CFO, CTO, CRO, and CMO, oversaw all details behind engineering and developing its product portfolio, establishing a new market and a brand, and becoming and maintaining a publicly traded company that will now be managed by the Mr. Cannabis Group.
