We do know that Starkweather is gone. We know that Keer is or was interim CEO. We now can see that there is a new CEO of Andiamo Corp listed on some PR docs.
This doesn’t phase me much because I expected there would be management changes.
I expect there will continue to be changes because, if you read the only reliable communication from the company, Mr. Keer outlined changes with the way the company is structured, the way it has missed projected timelines under Starkweather, and the new communications policies he outlined.
Now I know you don’t like their lack of communication, and frankly, neither do I. That said, given the bad behavior of ACI (likely a scam to manipulate share prices), I would prefer poor but reliably accurate communcation from Utopya over incorrect and unprofessional conduct from other parties.
What really bothers me is the hyper “gotta-have-it-now” “times-up-gimme-profits-now” “me-investor-me-make-arbitrary-demands” attitude of manipulators and manipulated on iHub, and how that often seems to wend its way over here.
Notice I am not blaming people for being upset, as I also find it distressing and unpleasant to be over 90% down. Maybe I got suckered. If so, well, that is a life learning experience.
Rome wasn’t built in a day. This is a startup in a field where competitors are paying bashers to type mistruths on investor forums about the company.
After much research and time spent, I have seen the same bashers that you see on lieHub’s ANDI forum show up on various other forums. It is their job to lie, to manipulate investor feelings, and to try to separate investors from their money. Textbook market manipulation, textbook short and distort illegal activities that anyone with a web browser and a little time can witness for themselves.
As long as I see these paid criminals concertedly posting on the ANDI forum, I have a feeling that someone, somewhere, is concerned that Utopya is the real deal.
Is Utopya a scam? Maybe. But maybe not. From what I can see, nobody knows anything right now except the company.
Honestly, it appears odd to me that the people who most frequently shout scam, or skam, on that forum tend to have a history of poor decision-making, or worse.
