SFPI up another 1.36% NEW HOD, 3 days in a row now. Previously, CEO Tom Griffin assembled a land package of approximately 30,000 acres and leveraged an initial $64 million investment into a $194 million venture, a return of 204%. The company has backbone, and is easily reflected in their Q4 achievement update, and where I see this company going foward
