OK, It's just that I've been involved in too many deals where SEC/FBI been involved and they shut the whole thing down. I got too much here for something like that to happen!  Isn't he the same guy that posted a long while back about some negative Seeking Alpha report which never materialized?? I think I'll take what he says with a grain of salt!  He never seems to post any links or evidence backing up what he says!
