I've intentionally backed off of posting lately. Trying, but I did dial it back, but way back is coming. Could post a lot more DD, but will let others take a hand at the wheel as I enjoy silent lucidity.
In the spirit of feedback is a gift, I find the people that are very "optimistically vocal" provide the least amount of DD. There is certainly a role and a need. That much I know, but timing is everything. When in doubt, no need to whip it out.
I'm a straight shooter and haters are going to hate me anyway. I have a lot of friend here that support the company and post without the DD, but find a way to not come over the top and figured out when to use CAPS and bold to emphasize.
Take a page out of canadiantrader. 11 posts in. Been solid on the other board and here. Posts info and facts looking for feedback/opinions. I can over look the trader in his name ; ). Wish more would post like him.
Hell, I got the feedback to stick with facts or reasonable interpretations from one one you. Must be a redflix hater. No problem. That's why they there is Netflix and Amazon.

Be careful what you dig for. A warning to all internet searchers like myself as well.
There will come a point where all 4 mods will turn it over. It will come sooner than you all think. Maybe all at the same time who knows or likely I am the first to jump.
Is the succession planning in place? Which 4 posters would you pick to be the next mods? Maybe shortly it doesn't matter.
I was ready to stop posting and I don't even remember the post that 50+ investors chimed in. I had my sure fire, "out of here", at < 30 thumbs and screwed that one up. Wasn't expecting more than 10 thumbs as I was ready to exit, but don't ever estimate the power all of you shareholders have that don't post vs. the vocal minority including myself.
It's for you all to decide the future of what you want this board to be, become, and who is the group of mods. The world doesn't need another free-for-all.

I get PM's giving me feedback. You might want to speak up publicly on what you would like to see. Plenty of public posts on how we all are a bunch of whatever. I think the silent majority might have a different opinion, but ready to step down anyday as this was a job I didn't want and never volunteered for, but I see things to an end.
Keep in mind whether I disappear tomorrow or in a few months doesn't matter.
