ASC & McAfee, SECURE ID & Gallagher Norton &Lifelo

How could these deals work? ( not sure haven't seen contrac not sure of percentage breakdown) From the press release we know some business clients will pay 199 but some will pay much more. Many companies work it this way by creating revenue streams for the client inthis case Gallagher or McAfee or a bank or insurance company
Lets say Secure ID charges $199 a year or to provide security programs.
Lets say they give Gallagher 20% $40 or 30% or $60 not sure what the percentage would be , but the client pays the $199 everyone gets a cut, and its a revenue generating vehicle for Gallagher!
I believe strikeforce get between 20% ooba and 15% encryption fees (I believe correct me if I am wrong) for its products from its channel partners. Channel partner gets the rest. We can see details when contract is when its released.
This is just a guess so don't pummel me with questions on it as we don't have contract info yet.
But with millions of happy compliant insured clients paying perhaps hundreds of millions of dollars to be compliant and insured , everyone will be happy! me thinks!
