SAP can use this to see how many people are reading their tweets, FB posts, etc and what people are saying. Some brands get a ton of posts and a tool like Sprinklr can help sort it all out.
What's interesting is they are using a .to domain and not their own .com (SAP, SAP-TV, etc.) or a subdomain.
