I am tempted to bite at it...But been here longer

I am tempted to bite at it...But been here longer than most...And earnings report usually has a decrease in share price...Albeit there is usually a run up in price right before earnings reports...but not this time...But will be lloking to buy more after earnings dip and will await for February news from court cases (hopefully).
