Not only Jeff Sessions is out, the Congressman named Sessions who headed the House Committee that bottled up all cannabis legislation has lost his reelection bid. Of course he'd be replace by Pelosi's choice in the new Congress anyway, but perhaps on his defeat he'll put legislation through before the new Congress is seated to take some credit.
