$SFOR Challenges - yea like 800lbs Gorilla's stealing our IP and Business Large Deals, while trying and hoping $SFOR would need to shut the doors! Team $SFOR had victory with MSFT/PF! DUO was in settlement negotiations with us after the DUO/TW/Centrify IPR was denied. DUO was licensing $SFOR IP to TW - so DUO on the hook! All current with exception of SA were getting ready to settle. Then DUO requested a stay after SA BS delay tactic claims. $SFOR said no problem and recommended stays for all current litigation until SA is done. $SFOR did that for ALL because they know, and Ropes&Gray know, we will have VICTORY! After we slam SA, I do NOT expect future litigation to take long and most likely may not need the courts! We've just been thru the PTAB ringer a couple times, recent IPR denial, and new FED courts announcements regarding PTAB reviews, Alice, etc.
Another major challenge "was" IT Industry official testing and acceptance, which can be a very long process! Standard Orgs have updated their COMPLIANCE guidelines finally, and calling out OOB/MFA throughout docs -- links already been posted many times.
$SFOR, ACS and other channel partners are ready to ink the deals. At this time we're waiting on the courts and customers and I smell Victory NEAR FUTURE!!!!
