I agree with Winston. There are a myriad of reasons why ONCI PPS should be higher than where it is now and should run and break the high of $.0192 when a few really big catalysts hit this month. Perhaps it shouldn't have run as high as it did last year - on hype & emotion - but, the catalysts this year are very real, including millions of dollars of revenue and net income and the aforementioned PL signings and; and; and........

It is conceivable that when news starts coming out shortly, it could easily continue through the end of 2018.
