I tried to quit smoking many times. I bought a book with 30 short chapters to read every morning for 30 days when I first woke up. I listened to reinforcing audio every afternoon for 2 weeks. That worked, have not smoked in 26 years.
I had no withdrawal at all, none. 3 packs a day at $1.00 per pack back them.. Today at $10 a pack, it would eat up a majority of my social security.
