Regarding the delay in re-listing; I seem to recall that the last time QMC went Pink (5 or 6yrs? ago), they were required to get a MM to sponsor them in order to re-list. I don't know, but it seems like that sponsorship would have terminated as soon as they went Pink again & now they have to find another one. Either that, or the OTC is playing hard-ass about QMC being 15mins late in their last filing. Those are two conceivable scenarios anyway...time will (or should) tell[?].
