American Premium Water (OTC: HIPH) this morning announced that CEO Ryan Fishoff has been appointed as Interim Chairman, effective November 2, 2018. “I am extremely honored to have the additional responsibility of Interim Chairman. When I was given the opportunity to take over as CEO last year, the board believed in my vision for this company. Over the past year I have been able to implement a lot of that vision, and I am looking forward for the upcoming year to continue to grow and achieve the goals that I have outlined as the company continues to transform and get to the next level,” American Premium Water CEO Ryan Fishoff stated in the news release. “Right now, the immediate goal is to complete the other CBD/cannabis related acquisitions that we have been in negotiations with.
