The S-1/A is a road map on how FUSZ will uplist. Releasing the S-1/A now would potentially be the same as grouping PRs together at this point. We know that the acquisition of SC is part of the plan from the S-1 we have already seen. I feel that will be a PR on its own prior to the release of the S-1/A. Other than the SP of the offering, other details in the S-1/A that could on its own be a PR will be individually PR'd prior to the release of the S-1/A imo. I feel there would be a bigger effect releasing a string of individual PRs than grouping them together. With that said, I feel the S-1/A will be released either on Friday, or the beginning of next week. Most likely, Q3 reporting will be on the same day, or adjoining day that the S-1/A is released.
