Last 2 weeks in a row ONCI has closed at the HIGH
of the week 19 and 20 respectively.
Last time ONCI closed at the HIGH of the week for
2 weeks in a row was June 2018 at 10 and 11 respectively.
3 months beyond June 2018 ONCI was trading 1900%
higher at .019+ in Sept 2018.
Are the last 2 weeks of ONCI trading a "harbinger" of
HISTORY RHYMING like last year ??!!!
we'll certainly know for sure in the next 3 months time.
