Hi Mary - Happy Saturday and Happy November.

I'm thinking there is a 3rd option. Both your 1st and 2nd options are true. They are very dumb and they have made bad investment decisions and hold grudges and want to blame Steve and several of his supporters on the various boards.

They are probably getting paid to bash or why would they do it at all hours of the day and night. Another indication that they are a "paid group" is that there always appears to be some coordination and similarities in their posts.

A few claim to have made 10s of thousands of dollars and call ONCI an ATM. My guess is they lost some money when they bought in the run up last September or so, and, didn't sell quick enough to secure profits from that run. They waited too long and sold at a loss. A few may have even picked up a few hundred dollars here and there by flipping a few million shares at various points in 2018.

One indication is that they are very active bashers and then go a little quiet (maybe after a small buy) and then let it run a little and flip for a couple tick profit and then they are right back to bashing non stop.

A couple notable exceptions as follows:.

BTL definitely took a bath when he bought from $.01 through $.018, and probably panicked and sold and then he started bashing in earnest. Then he thought a significant run was imminent and he bragged about buying several millions at $.0058 and $.0063. We haven't been back in that range since so he probably sold for a loss. If he held, he wouldn't be bashing. I do not think BTL is one that Steve should go after. I think he made a few bad buys and is bitter and holds a grudge, but, I don't see that his actions are illegal. In addition, his posting pattern is repeated in other tickers. He seems to always buy high & brag, and, then sell low & bash. Loser but not a criminal.

BB bragged about being up $38K one week and then a couple weeks later bragged about flipping a few million shares for another $4K or so. Then, a few weeks later he was back to calling ONCI his ATM and he was up $30K. hmmmmmm If he was up $38K and then made another $4K, he would be up over $42K and not the $30K he was posting. So, he is a bad investor with a grudge and a liar, but, I don't see that he was illegally bashing to drive the PPS down.

TP is just a little bitter sissy and lost some money and Steve wouldn't hire him as a rep and he might have been counting on making some money on his investment AND as a job. Nothing illegal there and he occasionally makes a good point to consider.

In summary, I think those 3 are only guilty of bad trading and nothing illegal unless being a loser is illegal.

The Queen and the Ghost and a few others (Sharky & Drum/TOBMAG & BJ) just bash continuously and nobody would do that around the clock if they weren't being paid. Xman & Phead & Catboy & Don't Snow & Zwolf and a few others don't seem to post as much as the real culprits.

I wish they would all buy in and make some money and learn from the experience, but, they may not have the funds necessary.
