One thing that comes to mind is Steve must follow through on most, if not all of the public disclosures he has announced. How would a court of law rightfully find these individuals guilty of intentionally slandering the CEO and company for the purpose of manipulating daily share prices, if he doesn’t follow through? At this current context of there claims, truth could lay on either side of the fence until Steve follows through on his disclosures. From what I’ve seen on the boards, these harassments have gone to greater extent with contacting family members and clients, etc. so there may be a much larger and favorable case for Steve. If these individuals are working for someone this is also greater evidence of their ill intent to the company and it’s share price.
If they turn out to be disgruntled investors who are vocalizing their disapproval of Steve and distrust in his integrity then this could be futile and merely a slap on the hand.
In any case, I think it’s a good move on Steve’s part and definitely gives us long term shareholders confidence that he plans to stand behind his previous disclosures like share reduction, name/ticker change, move to Colorado, etc. Looking forward to a revealing of the 2 private label deals and Steve quieting those who may have criminal intent.
