Gimli / All - Patent info & Alice in Wonderland
Post# of 82672
Gimli, your post, sparked again my jumping back in to DD mode on the Supreme Courts Decesion on Alice 101 earlier this summer.
I'm not going into a Long Drawn Out Post, as they can be very long, as you well know from the other boards we both share.
So I won't go into great detail and Newbies may not fully understand their Meaning.
Here are two papers One from February 2018 before the Supreme Courts Decesion and one from after the Supreme Courts Decesion September 16th, 2018. Both interrelated.
Those here that Follow SFOR'S Court Docket intimately, may find them informative..
Once again a BIG Thank You to Zpaul, with his very informitive posts on IHUB in the day and his passion to reposting information he previously posted for new company Investors just coming on Board, it made coming up to speed on StrikeForce a Breeze Hard Hitting Facts that I'm Glad I found
1) What Looming Supreme Court Decisions Could Mean for Patent Litigation
By Karen Carroll, Sharad Bijanki and Tasneem Delphry on February 22, 2018

For New/Long Investors the following might help to inform you about of the importance Patents.
NOTE : This is from Europe and acronyms used may not mean the same thing in the United States.

A Video Put together in June of 2017 myself, it meant a lot back then, but now with BlockSafe it's even more important to the New Investor.

Having an Patent on which Standards are based can take a small company to Large Revenues, my investment In StrikeForce was mainly based on that Premise, even knowing that Implementation may take a Long Time. Of course in SFOR'S case it was obvious to see at the Begining what Their Patents In Cyber Security Meant.
With no competing Challengers to figure out whose Technology was Far more Superior, made it that much easier.
Back in 1995 my Decesion was much harder, as the Company I planned to invest in was going up against AT&T. With the help of reading one Technical Paper by a Communications Engineer, working for the Company, Peter Chow, he allowed me to read (which was not Not available online) , It was obvious to me the over welming Superior Advantag the Company had, and I immediately invested without hesitation. Yes it took about 5 years, but the Company finally won the International Standard by ANSI (American National Standards Institute is a private non-profit organization that oversees the development of voluntary consensus standards for products, services, processes, systems, and personnel in the United States)
AT&T lost. This was on ADSL ( Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line ) or DSL as it's known by most today.
The Internet was new in 1995, research was hard, only a few engineers knew of ADSL, and doing a Search of ADSL on the Search engine of the Day HotBot.com returned 6 hits ! Today on HotBot.com you get 13M hits.
The CEO of the company (a Professor at Stanford University) is still known as the Father of DSL today. He had worked in AT&T's Bell Laboratories when the first Invented ADSL.
BELL LABS was a Huge Player in Inventions back in those Days.
Guess who else came out of Bell Labs, yes it was StrikeForce's own CTO Ram Pemmaraju.

It's funny that date Dec. 26, 1995, as on December 25, 1995 I Joined this Stock Board to post on Amati and ADSL

Silicon Investor is the first website that evaluated the stocks of high-tech companies. Silicon Investor is a social networking service and a tech stock oriented forum where registered members can submit posts and partake in discussions about the stock market, politics, and other topics of interest. It was founded by Jeff and Brad Dryer, two brothers from Kansas City on August 8, 1995. The company is currently owned and operated by Nevada based Knight Sac Media Holdings.
Silicon Investor was launched on August 8, 1995, just a day before Netscape went public. It was founded in Cupertino, California.Devised by two brothers Jeff and Brad Dryer, Silicon Investor was the first Internet community to grow purely out of the web browser. In November 1995, the Dryer brothers relocated Silicon Investor to their home town of Kansas City. The website was financed by Jeff and Brad Dryer’s private funds and the membership fees charged to the Silicon Investor users.
Just under three years after its conception, Silicon Investor was getting over 4 million hits per day, averaging over 100 million hits per month.
"We really didn't have any connections," Brad Dryer told the Associated Press in 1998. "We were just starting from scratch. It was the 'Field of Dreams' mentality : Build it, and they would come. And they did.

As someone (sorryy forgot who) on this board once said, Your Videos contain many clues to StrikeForce's potential if one Pays attention.
At the One Years investment I created this video, using Graphics I Created or Modified and ScreenCaptures about StrikeForce.
It may be useful to Newbies on the Board
https://youtu.be/GDt_6HXaYf4
And every great once in a while I watch the First StrikeForce Video I made in Nov. 2016 just to remind myself where it all Began, for me after havingbReviewed Several of Zpaul's Posts. Always being READY2ROCK like R2R, I use many Artists Copywrite Music in my Videos pertaining to the subject at hand, and have managed to keep the videos online.
So here it is for new investors and those who may just want to reminisce. It should be noted for newbies on IHub I went by the 49'er (The MidnightShift), hence the inspiration for the

I just never know where the Next Video Inspiration will come from, hearing a Song on the Radio, a Word or phrase someone uses in a post, such as the 2nd Video I made inspired by 4Sleddogs when he mentioned Singtel's Dragon Lady (Lady Wong) watching over the Court Proceedings.

Someone inspired me? and Bada Bing Bada Boom the SFOR WARS Series was created :

Now if you made it through Reading and Watching the Videos, it's time to get back to the Great DD this Board Produces, before I decide to Create a Video based on this guy whos Head and Body Movements sometimes reminds me of a Rooster on Acid and what this post was not suppose to be, a Midnight Ramble On.
