The market will look at it and say 20 times more shares than before , now if nobdy sells or there something that will justify the market cap increasing 400 million dollars then your right it should not drop but all things being equalvery large stock dividends usually do cause a reduction because your still in this case issueing 20 times more stock, Are you saying the compnay is now worth 400million more than before? The stock is up true but is that due to speculation emotion maneuvering or real increased value ? Before you go off I dont short anything unless I do it with options I dont even know how you would short a pink stock without an exchange or market maker ?
I truly hope it stays up and this stock Ive had for ten years or so finally winds up at least breaking even.
