The 10Q should be out NLT Fri, 9 Nov. I think the most anticipated part of it will be word on what is happening in regards to the P2b trial results. Would make a WAG but with the real "gouge" (as we said in my college days) coming out so soon will hold off until the 10Q is released. As I have continually stated, I see no way the results could be bad but there could always be problems in other areas concerning the trial. At least we find out soon.
I'd say the ltr today from LE pretty much shows the confidence mgt has in regards to the upcoming FDA OM end-of-trial meeting and that bodes especially well IMO regarding the term sheet signing. The recent patent news et al also give positive vibes in regards to the term sheet signing IMO.
As we get more and more news of how widespread could be the Brilacidin impact on so many areas of medicine, I hope our term sheet partner realizes the value to them of getting the preferred position for the entire B platform which is the avenue IMO mgt wants to take with keeping platforms all in the hands of one BP so no overlapping of indications occur. I stress that this is just my personal opinion.
I finished college w/ a group of company mates that totaled about 20. Received word today the first of them passed away. Brings to bear rather harshly that forward movement on IPIX at a rapid rate would be quite beneficial to a number of us getting on in years. Expect it to happen very soon.
