Dr Dalton’s drug’(S) have already been approved by the FDA but UNVC doesn’t want(has requested) not to be released until other pieces of the puzzle fall into place, to include since this is UNVC’s drug(S) they can request FDA to hold off making an announcement..then hit everyone with the Big Bang theory when all of players involved with UNVC have signed and sealed the deal(S)
