Hi Jim,
Regarding your questions, I have answered them below in RED.

Leo,
I think it's a bit concerning, first why not reveal when the end of phase meeting is by date and other details? We don’t make it a habit to publish FDA meeting dates. PER FDA GUIDELINES A MEETING CAN BE GRANTED (A MINIMUM OF) 70 DAYS AFTER OUR FILING A REQUEST FOR EOP2. OUR MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR MID DECEMBER. Second, the MFO agreement, quite possibly entered through your sons firm LLEX, why not reveal who they are? MY SON HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS FUNDING SOURCE. I MET THE FUND THROUGH PERSONAL CONTACTS AND NO FEES WERE PAID TO OTHERS. THE LENDERS ARE DISCLOSED IN THE DOCUMENTS. I KNOW NOTHING MORE OTHER THAN WORKING WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF THE FUND. The dilution with the vwap discount will shake out many in my opinion. Seems the confidence level has already taken a significant hit. ACTUALLY THEY HAVE CONVERTED VERY FEW PREFERRED SHARES SO THE SELLING IS BY OTHERS. THEY SEEM TO BE EXPECTING HIGHER SHARE PRICES, but this is merely my speculation.
Have you made any progress on getting the prurisol data released? WE WILL BE RELEASING THE 10-Q IN EARLY NOVEMBER AND WILL UPDATE SHAREHOLDERS.
THANK YOU FOR STICKING WITH US. WE ARE WORKING HARD TO DELIVER A PARTNERSHIP.

I wrote him back letting him know I couldn't see who the MFO is from the filings. But if they're waiting for higher prices, and the deal comes through we can still make it to blue skies.
I COULDA posted this all yesterday. And I suspect he knows people would be sharing whatever bones we can get. But, there it is. Of course I could have edited it however I wanted to since this is all public forum.
I too think we are very close to seeing the light.
